Gravity's financial transaction can be Unposted or Posted. Only Posted transaction are available for Financial and Operational reports. 

Unposted Transaction can be edited or deleted while Posted transaction can only be corrected.

Posting transactions is a security privilege. Therefore individuals may be able to create transactions but able to post them. 

Transactions may be posted individually from the records action menu or in bulk from the records grid menu.

Gravity utilizes background posting for transaction processing, allowing users to multitask within their browser while selected transactions are being posted.
