Entity Configurations

Each entity/company has an entity configuration file that holds its defaults settings.

The first entity configuration created will be the master configuration. It contains system defaults used by all companies such as the COA structure.

A large portion of the entity configuration is completed through completing the set up wizard. Access the wizard from the right side of the system set up screen. See Adding Entities

Access Entity Configuration functionality from the financials, Gravity Systems Settings, Systems options.

Selecting entity configuration displays the user accessible entities screen. Use the screen to view a list of all entities assigned to the user.
