Communication
The communication section allows users to create their own email messages for specific transactions that are email to outside parties.
Note: The Invoice, Order Entry and Purchase Order Templates can be toggles from the static template defined here of to the Power Automate workflow that can give users more control over handling of the email message. In the Entity Configuration you can select to use the Power Automate workflow by setting the item to Yes.
