Bank Aggregation - Plaid

gravity uses the plaid bank aggregation service to download transactions from bank and credit card account in north america note we have recently implemented profiles in plaid see docid 01jfrx1 hjzicehzs4cd process set the bank account to use plaid see docid\ rzqhzaswq7ilgdr zk qr authenticate with you bank or credit card in plaid match the gravity bank account with the plaid linked account download transactions in the bank matching screen see docid\ ky uczhtyggbjlri v wj authenticate with plaid under the financials > system settings select the bank reconciliation with plaid api select manage accounts to start the plaid wizard, find your financial institution and authenticate with your credentials once the accounts are authenticated they will show up on the plaid screen you can then select the gravity account to match to them note periodically you may need to refresh the plaid bank accounts this may be due to password changes, individual bank security measures or other factors refreshing accounts will often require you financial institution credentials on some banks plaid will have near real time connections, on others plaid will poll the bank once a day so transactions can be 1 2 days behind the banks activate,
