Gravity presents data in a view that resembles a spreadsheet. These views consist of chosen columns and filters for the records. Gravity offers various System Views that display commonly used options, including Unposted or Posted records.

Users can create their own views using the Edit Columns and Edit Filter Options. Once a new view is created it can be saved to be seen in the My Views listing. 

Any View can be set as the default to be seen when a user first selects the transaction type.
