gravity has a multi levels security profile primarily based on microsoft security roles in the power apps platform the microsoft security roles allow the definition of create, read, write and delete privileges on record types gravity extends the security roles with process security and access to individual reports see security docid\ cclbvzkgrjzbdqcvqrq40 summary name define a name for the extended security profile gravity security role select the gravity security role to extend privileges posting privileges define the transaction types users with this role will be able to post to the general ledger printing privileges define the document types users with this role can print ach privileges define the ach payments a user with the security role can execute reports define the reports a user with this security role can execute adfs reports define if users with this role can run and/or design advanced financial reports run all reports if set to yes, than users with this security role can run all adfs reports if set to no, users will only be able to run reports that are listed below can create/edit reports if set to yes users will be able to design new reports or edit existing reports in the adfs designer
